unresponsive keys

I just got my new Axim X5 Basic (i should have spent the money for the advanced). Anyways, after playin a couple games of Solitare, all the external buttons became nonresponsive, none of them including the power button. I had to remove the battery and erase my RAM to reset the keys and make them work. I'm not sure what went wrong, but ill test it out to see if the keys continue to work.

This happened to me once, and you know what it was? I had activated the SIP keyboard's shift key (though maybe it was the control key...).
