i just upgraded my x5 advanced to wm2003. it's been working fine for a week. now, when i turn it on, it brings up the hard reset screen and i press no, and then it hangs on the dell boot screen. what gives? i can't turn it off or anything without unplugging the battery

i just gave in and hard reset it... it took a soft reset for it to finally become responsive... any one else have this problem and what can we do to prevent it? or fix it?
