Hmm Volume Too Low

Hey, I bought my axim about 4 months ago and I am having trouble with the volume. I have my headphones plugged in and the volume turned up all the way in both media player and the toolbar volume adjuster. I want the volume louder, any ideas?

Maybe you need a replacement ax or a hearing test?

Wouldn't need mine any louder with headphones on

OK I accidently posted the wrong thing... It's not that the volume cant go high enough, it is that when it does go high enough it sounds HORRIBLE! The audio is so choppy. I was wondering if it is a problem with my axim because it doesn't do this with my portable CD player.

Sometimes when I adjust my toolbar volume while playing music, the sound freezes for a sec, then it gets staticy/choppy. Or it almost always sounds bad when it's all the way up.

From what your saying, I'd try some other headphone's or speakers first. If it works fine with your CD Player, I'm probably wrong, but it sounds like your headphones are the problem.
