Anyone know of a way to convince dell to send me the CD?
I have an X5 that I purchased just as the darn things were released and it seems they missed me on the kit.
Contacting them proves to be an interesting run-around.

Any advice appreciated.

I've only every contacted Dell by e-mail - it's not speedy - but I've always got a response! Guess it's more about how easy it is to convince them you never got the disc

Phone calls take a long time, but when you finally get someone they should be able to see if it was sent to you, and if you bought your Axim in the free upgrade period.
