Dell Folding Keyboard Problem

Has anyone else had a problem with a Dell keyboard? I like the keyboard just fine, but there has been a few instances when my Ax gets stuck in a loop after I use the enter/ok key. This seems to happen in MS Pocket Money after entering a transaction and hitting enter. The only way I have found to stop the loop is a soft reset.

Anyone seen this problem before?

Additionally, does anyone have any way to make a hotkey shortcut to the 'new' function in programs. It would be great to be able to launch a program with a hotkey on the keyboard, then use another hotkey to tell the program to make a 'new' document. As it stands now, you can launch your program, but you still have to use the stylus to make a new document. If there was a shortcut to the 'new' function, we would not have to get the stylus out at all. Just curious if anyone has an idea on how to make the 'new' command into a hotkey, would appreciate any suggestions.

keyboard

I have had that problem too, and I used to have it with my targus stowaway keyboard and IPAQ. I find that if you put the Axim in Transcriber mode, instead of the soft keyboard, that seems to help. The Axim has done this to me in Excel, and all I had to do was close Excel and reopen it. With my IPAQ I used to have to do a soft reset though. Must be a software conflict?

Guess misery loves company. Although there was another post on a possible fix. A null soft keyboard is apparently available that gives you the option to have an input method of 'nothing'. Maybe it will help with this particular problem. Guess I will have to try it.
