Mad Transcribbler

I purchased PPC 2003 and installed it. It works well. 80211b worked great, but I can no loger use the transcriber. It cannot figure out anything the I write. It worked fine with 2002.
*&&^ (<- that is what help looks like using transcriber.

Do you know about the orientation of the arrow? That is important.

Yeah that happened to mine too. Sometimes is doesn't do anything, sometimes it gets stuff wrong. Maybe you are mis writing.! TOO FIX IT DOWNLOAD TRANSCRIBER AGAIN. Before you write anything using it, use keyboard for maybe one word then use transcriber again. Sometimes just having keyboard open will do the trick. Hope that helps!

Nothing has worked. Tech support said that I should go back to the original OS that came with my AXIM. (PPC 2002) It had been carefully tested. I purchased the 2003 from Dell. I could not log onto secure sites (Wells Fargo, my credit union) with 2002. 2003 works fine when I log on. Thanks for the suggestion.

Isn't there a way to install Transcriber only back into WM2003 ?

Go to the Micro$oft Pocket PC website and go to the downloads section. It should be in the 'most popular' section.
