Worried Axim Sound Quality

My Axim seems to have poor sound quality. Does anyone else have the same problem or am I the unfortunate one? It sounds like the old transistor radios. I have a Cassiopedia that has awesome sound.

try sampling down all your music down to around 64 bit. or put on headphones sounds way better then the dinky speaker it has. remember its a small speaker it aint meant to be top quality. now if you are having sound problems that you didnt before then it might be the speaker.
If you are reading this either you are really bored or have no life

The tinny speaker is wholly inadequate for anything but the alarms. I recommend getting a nice set of portable headphones (like the excellent Koss PortaPros or Sennheiser MX500). It makes a world of difference. My MP3 collection sounds great on my Ax.

For a great primer on headphones visit the Headroom Corporation
