My settings screen seems frozen. I attempted to remove a proram from my handheld. Now the screen in frozen in the Remove Program screen with the little square with circle in middle going around continuously. I can't stop this process.

Take out your stylus and press it into the dimple below the record button. This called a soft reset, it's like rebooting your desktop PC.

If that doesn't work press the stylus in there again and hold, then tap the power button. This will do a 'hard reset', you will loose all your programs, however. This is like re-formatting and reinstalling Windows on your PC, but it only takes a few seconds on the Axim. Should be used only as a last resort.

If that doesn't work, call Dell and ask for a replacement unit.
