can't connect

Have AximX5, pocket pc version 3.0.11171, working properly for + 1 yr. Now I can't active sinc with 3.5 or 3.7. Power is good, batter is recharging. I've uninstalled/reinstalled active sinc 3.5 and 3.7, with usb, and am getting "Found new hardware," so usb cable to cradle seems good. Axim is working properly with the exception of not being able to sync. Can anyone help? bfrank2@aol.com

Do you have BOTH 3.5 and 3.7 installed at the same time?

Try UNinstalling ALL Versions/Instances/Copies of ASync, reboot your PC and then install ONLY 3.7.1

You might also need the Dell USB Drivers located at the top of any AximSite Page under the Resources > Downloads >>> Axim Downloads > Dell USB Sync Driver.
