Screen Alignment after Hard Reset

This is not a new topic, last posted on 05/06/04 by others. Now has just happened to me. Started normal daily use and tried to exit a screen but OK button just brought up entry pad. Eventually got a Low Memory warning. Could synch OK so removed all email, tasks etc. No joy so did hard reset. Now in the screen alignment loop which I cannot get out of. Have tried cleaning aorund edge of screen with business card and further hard resets. Still stays in screen alignment loop. Anyone have same problem, other fixes? Does Dell monitor these forums?

Well why didn't you post in the other thread if it's been posted before?
