REF: Dell AXIM X5, PPC-2002, ROM A04

The Dell Data Backup on the AXIM will not back-up. It gives me a "Back-up Failure" It goes through the 1% to 99% then fails...

Any suggestions why? How do I fix?

The desktop ACTIVE SYNC back up is working.

The Unit back-up worked until I installed ROM A04.

Any suggestions......

I use a 3rd party program for backups, so I am not certain, but have you tried to soft reset before backing up?

More than likely an app or process that's running that cannot be backed up.
