Problem w/ Pocket Internet Explorer

Just got my Axim and i've been trying to surf the web with PIE. However, one a good number of websites, PIE won't load them up. I either get a message saying "The page you are looking for cannot be found" or "Bad Request: Your browser sent a query this server could not understand". Anyone know why I am getting these messages? I can't even access "Sports (ESPN)" from the Mobile MSN website. THanks.

PocketIE reports to websites that it is a much older version of IE. With some websites this will have the effect of them shutting the door in your face and you will get messages similar to what you are seeing. If you search for registry tweaks you will find a way around this, but it still won't guarantee you 100% access and functionality to websites. Unfortunately, PocketIE is still a little half-baked.

Does it help to use another browser like Netfront or MultiIE ?
I cannot try this, since i haven't received my Dell Axim yet...
Just a thought... don't know if it'll help.

Hopefully will Dell release a patch soon..
