Ive had this problem with my dell 2 times(the first time I sent it back and now its having the same problem ) Whenever I start up my dell axim the screen will not respond. It will skip through the Info screen(Where it says who owns the PPC) and will go to the Password screen. There it will not respond. I reset it and nothing works. I did a hard reset and still when its doing the screen align the screen will not respond. I have PPC 2003. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Are you using a screen protector? If so, try removing it. Sometimes improper fit (e.g., stuck under the edges of the screen) will affect screen sensitivity.
