Does it give you any information when it gives you the "resolve Items" message? Also, do you have any large files that have been added to your My Documents Sync folders?

i had that problem at one point, try reinstalling active sync, rebooting your computer and rebooting your axim (soft). Do those in reverse order. If none work, come back and ill give you more help

I had the same problem. I called Dell Tech Support. The problem was solved by:
1. Deinstalling all ani-virus and firewall software (Norton Internet Security and Zone Alarm) 2. Reinstalling Active Sync 3. Reinstalling anti-virus software and firewall software. Hope that helps | ||||
