auto power off

curious. even though i have the box checked to do so, my x5 is not powering off automatically after the prescribed period. it always worked fine before this. any thoughts? thanks.

You may also have some app running in the background that won't let it shut off. Mapping software does that, as does media player. Others do, too, but I don't know them all.

I'm having the same problem. It started after I updated my activsync. Called DELL help and there seem to be no knwoledge of what is going on. Has anybody got a solution?
