This is my very first PDA. Got it for Christmas, synched it at work and home, no problems, loved it!! Then it froze one day. Tech support had me do a hard reboot. Now I cannot download documents from work. My schedule and contacts will synch, but then freezes up on downloading the documents. I called tech support and after about an hour of walking me through different things she told me to save my files to a floppy to take home. I wanted to reach thru the phone lines and strangle her!! One of the primary reasons for getting a pocket pc instead of some other pda was to take work back and forth. She said that the reason I couldn't synch the documents was because I am using windows 98. What I don't understand is why, for 2 months, was I able to download from that pc to begin with???
