Question Back Up Old To New

hello fellow aximers,
I am trying to find a way to restore my "old" Pocket PC 2002 contact list to my "new" Microsoft Pocket PC 2003 Premium Ed. I'm getting the "was created in Pocket PC 2002 and, therefore, you cannot restore your settings and PIM data to a pocket PC 2003 device." The only thing I have left to try is to SEND THE FILE TO A PERSON WHO IS RUNNING POCKET PC 2002, HAVE THEM OPEN IT, TURN IT TO TEXT w/ WORD OR OTHER, AND SEND BACK TO ME. Is there anyone out there that could and be willing to help me? Thank you

I would do it for you and then e-mail the contacts back (I assume you use Outlook). Let me know how you want to exchange the files.

You can go back to PPC2002, sync your contacts with a desktop, then upgrade again to WM2003 and sync it from the desktop.
