One of my X5's has a small problem. Whem I open Pocket Word or Xcel, the files that are on the memory cards do not show up, even when I set it to show All Folders.

The files are there. I can find them in File Explorer, tap and open them (in their application).


I was wondering if anyone else has seen this prblem, and what a fix might be. I do not know how long this issue has been going on, as this problem is not with the X5 that I actually use.

I think I read awile ago that files on the memory card need to be in the "My Documents" folder to be visible to the applications. My files are stored there and they show up fine in Word and Excel. If that doesn't work there might be a registry setting that tells the software to scan the memory card. (I set my memory card up a year ago so I'm having trouble remembering what I had to do.)
