When i use the main directional button (not sure what exactly its called) to highlight items how do i select that item, like if i select a name in my contacts how do i select that contact to see more info? shouldnt i be able to just push the button down? when i do it clicks but nothing happens, maybe its a software setting? maybe its not made to do that? let me know

the main button or "d pad" does not have a 5th or enter function. there is much debate about this but dell has confirmed the axim d pad only has the 4 directional functions. if you want to "enter" you can use the side scroll button. press it straight in and that works as enter.

Related issue...... my Windows Media Player no longer works. This started after installing Metalshard's PocketWar, or perhaps because I was playing around reallocating buttons (including the 'fifth button' that does not exist).
Tully Edson at Metalshard thinks its because the Axim is one button short.... I dont understand this stuff, extract from his email below!.
