AX5 Adv Hard Boot & No Shut Dwn AS

I gave my AX5 Adv to a relative; did a hard reset to eliminate all my data; added a couple of calendar entries from my computer.

My relative installed AS 371 on to her computer and it did an initial synch; would not synch afterward: AS just keep spinning w/o shutting down or transferring any data.

Twice I tried soft resets and eventually did another hard reset with the same results.

Suggestions. Thanks

Does she have a firewall? Did you install the Dell USB drivers on her machine?
