Has anyone been able to sync via IR? I can't get mine to work even though Activesync says the port is available when I check it.

I am able to sync my T68i so I know the port works.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Works okay for me with the laptop at work. I just call up ActiveSync, hit Tools->Connect via IR, and away it goes.
