error message, no application will open
I am getting this message when I open any application-

Cannot find 'file name'(or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and all the required libraries are available.

Please help!

If it's not too much trouble, could you elaborate a little?
This is only enough information to know that you have a file problem.
