Worried Please help - Lost my appt. calendar & contacts

undefinedundefinedundefined
This is my first time communicating with the Axim site. I have read some of the information that is offered and I finally got up the nerve to write. I'm still new to using my X5. I synch my X5 every night. I had trouble last night synching and connecting to the internet b/c of password and user name problems. I corrected that and now all my contacts are gone and my calendar has none of my appts. in it . Does anyone have some advice? I also downloaded the Journal Bar and Journal Bar expansion pack and , it does not run. I don't think it connects to the internet sight I need to get the information from. I've had my X5 for 2 years, but just recently found your sight and started to download games and really get into have fun . If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it. Thank you. Barbara

Well hello "bamercedundefined" ! Welcome to Aximsite

One thing at a time! Let's start with disappearing contacts....

1. What error messages did you get?
2. How do you store your contacts on your PC (Outlook?)
