Hi All,

When attempting to Flash the ROM on my X5 it was appeared to be nearly done when the application hung. It almost appeared as though when the new ROM was installed they changed the power options. The X5 apparently turned it's self off after the ROM software installation restarted the unit.

Before starting the process I turned off all power management.

Does anyone have detailed instructions on flashing this ROM back to it's former operational state from a cf card? I would also need an FTP address and or http address where I could find the needed files.

Key sequence is key to the whole process, if it doesn't work the 1st time, keep trying.

Hi Gary,

Thanks! This is exactly what I needed. I already have to OS loaded and configured. That was so much easier and faster than using the consumerized loading software.
