When activesync disconnects after removing my Axim from the cradle, I no longer have any use of the start bar or anything on it. The only way I can alleviate this problem is with a soft reset. This problem started after a recent backup/restore operation (Dell tech support anyone). If anyone has any suggestions to fix this problem without a hard reset, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks
Jonathan Gordon
