I am getting a pop-up window when i boot up my computer that states " Mobile Device Properties" TCP/IP transport protocol not installed.
I have tried uninstalling active sync to re-initialize this and now it says i cannot install active sync until this protocol is installed. What do i need to do to install this, i dont even no how i lost it ![]() | |||

I am using windows XP. if i go to my network settings it shows tcp/ip as being installed. one person told me to completely re-do my network dial up setup but he said if my tcp/ip files are corrupted then i might not be able to dial up again so i havent tried that yet. i dial up with a 56 k modem.
