I gave up calling and emailed tech services. Response time was pretty quick for me compared to holding on the phone.

Just tell them it only works in a couple directions, and the other directions you have to push it really hard... They didn't even blink when I said that.

Well, I hate to say this because so far, I'm pretty pro-Dell, but even the best D-Pad is a poor D-Pad. The design was bad from the start (in my humble opinion).

But, can't be perfect.
