Contacts won't launch!

I can't launch my contacts list either by the button or the tochscreen. Basically nothing happens. Even after i switch the Axim off and turn on again.

Problem is solved only when I do a soft reset. But occurs again once in a while...still trying to identify a pattern.

Anyone encountered this?

What can I say? It's a microsoft product. Soft resets are the rule. I usually have to do one or more each day to unstick something.

There seems to be a problem with Switcher Bar that Dell included. If you close the contact applet from the switcher bar, the contact applet does not open. As you have noticed, soft-reset resolves the problem....

This happens to me also, I think its an OS problem since my old Casio E-125 used to do this. For some reason contacts doesnt open using button or menu bar but soft reset fixes this. I wish Mircosoft would fix this unacceptable problem on these hundred dollar machines.
