Same problem as others and sent in a tech support "Email" thru their web site. This came back:
Your message To: support@sandisk.com Subject: SanDisk Technical Support Sent: Mon, 7 Apr 2003 08:26:57 -0700 did not reach the following recipient(s): Technical Support Backup on Mon, 7 Apr 2003 08:36:47 -0700 The recipient was unavailable to take delivery of the message MSEXCH:MSExchangeIS:SANDISK(u)hq:SMILEY This was after 3 attempts at different times this AM. Didnt try phone tho' | |||

With ANY company (especially one that is experiencing product performance issues), e-mail inboxes tend to get backed up pretty good......and some providers will shut off their inbox once it hits a certain number of e-mails. Phone is usually the best and fastest way. And you can get a lot more detail over the phone at one time than you can via e-mail.
