Outlook meeting attendees cause unresolved item

I used my work PC to create a meeting in which I invited over 40 individuals using our LAN's global address listing and Outlook. The meeting requests were sent using our LAN's internal e-mail addressing conventions, which use the individual's name and work section. All went fine.

When I synched my work PC with my Axim, the meeting synched without problem.

When I then synched my Axim with my home PC, I had an unresolved item and the meeting will not synch. It seems that my Axim is trying to synch the meeting appointment PLUS all the attendees. My home PC cannot recognize the network e-mail naming convention (name and work section) and wants me to change each one to a legit e-mail addresses ( a typical johndoe@isp.com). These attendees don't show in my Axim Contacts folder - they only show in the meeting appointment itself.

I did change one e-mail address to see just what would happen. The name doesn't add to my home computer Contacts and I can only assume that ActiveSync wants each attendee e-mail address to be read by my home pc before it will allow the appointment to synch.

I don't need to synch meeting attendees from work to my Axim or my home computer - just the meeting appointment itself. How can I fix this problem, or stop the attendee info from synching?
