silence the active sync - how to?

I am at work with the ax. My coworkers are getting anoiyed at the beeping sounds made each time I put ax in cradle and each time I remove it. Also, my PC makes a noise. I went to settings and silenced the ax, but how do you silence the PC also?

I love the sound my P.C. makes, its funny, before my firm went to the Axim, it was a joke in the office, now that is all you hear, sometimes more than the phone. Maybe good/maybe bad!!!

This is easy. instead of muting your Axim every day at work, just go to setting on the menu on your axim. then choose Sound & notifications. choose the Notification tab at the bottom, you will see a drop down menu that says "Active Sync go to option #2 select the little check mark there, uncheck it then go back to option #1 and bring the drop down menu you will see another Active sync at the top. go an duncheck that one. and there you are no more sound when it sync in the cradle and no more whiny office co-workers.

No to make you Desktop PC shut up do this; acordin to what OS your using go to thew control panel select sounds and find the active sync in the sound menu, just remove the sounds there.

If this does not work for them them go out and buy them all a pair of headphones...:D
