hey i have a Axim x5 adv and i would like to know wether it is possible to delete everything in the memory except the operating system?? and also how can i format my SD card because it says i have 245MB being used but i have nothing on it. Thanks heaps matt

Hard Reset. Everything will be wiped but BIS and your SD/CF Cards.

That's normal if you have a 256MB Card.

no no no it says i hav like 2.10mb free and 245mb is in use

Stick it in a card reader on your PC and Format to FAT32.
Hard Reset: Depress Soft Reset Button on the side and press the Power Button at the same time.

press and hold the power button then still pressing down the power utton press the reset button with your stylus for two seconds you will get a screen asking if you want to erase all data click yes hope that helped :approve:

thanks problem a is fixed,,, but the SD card problem is still there and i dont hav a card reader. DAM

im not sure but would card export work because i used to used it on my palm and it made the card come up as an extra drive

A card reader is a seriously good investment in terms of bangs/buck. Especially if you have a digital camera, mp3 collection, use betaplayer etc...

i agree with psionady if you use your pda often a card reader is a good invenstment and there also very cheap
