I had the battery off today for a while (Like 15 Min.) and when I re-inserted it, all of my data was gone, I was back to ground zero. I was under the assumption that the backup battery would keep everything safe and sound. Anyone else experience this problem? The backup battery has been fluctuating between 80 - 90% and that is still the case, despite that, I still had data loss. Hmm.

This exactly the problem that Toshiba e740 had which made be go with Axim. I don't think it should happen. Better contact Dell and get the replacement.

This is scary....

Hey, this happened to me too, but I didnt have my AXIM battery out. I took it out of the case and the whole thing was empty... no data. What is up with this?

It is good I didnt have too much on it.

Maybe I should call dell. Any suggestions?
