Problem loading drivers for Bluetooth keyboard

I have an Axim 5 (OS 2002)with a Dell Bluetooth CF. I have just purchaed a Freedom Bluetooth keyboard (which carries the "Omiz" badge) and when I load the driver onto the Axim and do a soft reset, I get an error message saying

"Cannot find BTkeybd (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and all the required lbraries are available"

Can anyone tell me what the problem is here and how I can fix t? Thanks

Did you install your driver onto Main memory? Things for startup usually are required to be installed on your main memory. Besides, I recommend you to upgrade your os to WM2003, which makes more reliable and faster. Let us know how it goes.

I did a bit of reading on this forum before trying to reload the driver. I have loaded onto the main memory. As for the upgrade to WM2003 from what I have read there is not a lot of benefit unless the PDA is going to be used for WiFi. Is there a compatibilty issue between BT keyboards and 2002 OS?

I am having this same problem, but am using 2003SE and am loading it into main memory. Anyone know why this is happening?
