Axim turns on randomly by itself

Hi there,

I have an Axim X5 400, purchased in late January, received in late-Februrary, and I have noticed some issues with it. First of all, the unit will turn on randomly by itself, NOT when I have scheduled alarms or event notifications, just randomly. This happens about 3-4 times/day and is very annoying. I will leave the unit sitting on my desk, and I have seen it just flicker on...

Secondly, I have the problem with the squish d-pad, where it is not very responsive in the leftward and upward directions.

I have upgraded to ROM A02, but no use. Should I ask Dell for a replacement?

Not sure about the D-pad issue, but the self activating I have seen. What I found on my axim is that the setting for activesync was set to auto check every half hour when it was charging. It would turn it's self on to sync.:)
