IE Trouble with X5

I’m having a problem with Internet Explorer.
I have an Axim X5 running MS Pocket PC v3.0.11171 (Built 11178); processor Intel PXA250 @400MHz. Expansion slot has 512MB SD Memory.

I have DSL with 2 PC's on a router.

I have no trouble using Outlook, moving files to & from the PC, AvantGo, or backing-up data. But, I cannot connect to websites using Internet Explorer. I have never attempted to use Internet Explorer before now. Can you help me?

Also, which Wireless CF card is really the best for my X5?
Thanks, Gary

You have to buy a wireless card first before you get internet access

Umm....not really. I can surf from mine while it's cradled (the PC is connected to the net). Is this what I want to do all the time - no...but it is possible to use IE without a wireless card if you want to check it out before buying a card.

Regards,

Gary

If you want to access the Internet via ActiveSync, you will need to enable pass though. Open up your ActiveSync on your desktop and click on Tools - Options, Rules (tab). At the bottom where is says Pass Through, make sure "Work" is selected.

Socket makes excellent CF wifi cards.
