Nowhere that I know of.

What's wrong with it? 'Broken' is a little vague :)

I couldn't turn it on. Have to hold the switch for a while and the dell logo show up. when I release the button, It's off. I really don't know what the problem is.

I bid it from ebay, and when I receiveed the item. It's like that. SO I filed a claim to paypal. Paypal ask me to provide a document which can details the damage or clearly explains what's wrong with it from a unbiased third-party, such as a dealer; repairshop, appraiser IN TEN DAYS.

So I got screwed!! really need help!!! :realmad:

Good luck - try softpocket in Toronto. They sell cases etc. but they are a specialist PDA shop. Their name might (or should) have some credibility.

There is also the Dell kiosk in Square 1.

EDIT: Did you to remove both batteries for 5 minutes and then see if the problem still persists?

There are also Dell kiosks at Scarborough Town Centre and Sherway Gardens. And as Howard mentioned, try removing both batteries. Also, make sure the main battery is charged. Does the power button light up in the cradle? Is it orange (charging) or green (charged)?

When I put it on Cradle, It can be turned on. But Align screen command keep looping. I can't get rid of it.

No, there is a dent on the screen. That's why I got screwed by the seller. He didn't mention there are damage on the PDA. He said this PDA is "like new".

BTW,
I called dell, They are helpless. They ask me to send the pda to PDAsmart.com to get it fixed.
So I went to softpocket. The manager is a really nice guy. I got great help there!! Highly Recommend!!!
Thanks for everyone.

PDASmart.com is excellent -- will first give you a quote (more than reasonable) and repair it within 4 to 5 days (if not sooner). Their number is 512-258-4500; www.pdasmart.com.

I've been doing business with the for over 3 years -- excellent service.
