I've had the axim x50 for about a month. Seems to be working fine but...

I can access my 2 different email accounts with WiFi and connected by a cradle to my business Outlook account. I can see the emails and even go to that frame, but I can't open them. I tap - I tap and hold - Nothing!!! I am totally frustrated because I bought it mainly to check my emails at airports when I travel.

I know it is something really easy, but Dell wants $99 to tell me what it is. Can anyone help?
