Sorry about the huge image...vertical lines have
magically appeared...i've soft booted, turned
the thing off and on repeatedly, and prayed to
the axim gods to heal my screen. All to no avail.
Any suggestions?

Call Dell Tech support, or better yet do an online chat with them. It may have to be returned. Did anything prompt this activity?

I don't know what caused this....I didn't drop it, shock it or knock it. I let it sit in the cradle charging last night (with the screen turned off) and lo, there it was this AM as though vandalized by grafitti. If I have to return it I'm sunk.... I live by this--schedules, calendars, contacts, etc etc. I'll call Mr. Dell and see what's up. I just perused my Axim papers and can't find a phone number. I'll try the web site. Thanks for the speedy reply. Let's hope Dell is as efficient!

When a replacement is granted they send it to you, then you send them the old one once you transfer everything over, this is how it works in most cases.
