PC not quite recognising my Axim

I have an AximX50v. Ihave been using it for about 9 months. A few weeks ago, I got a new computer and ported everything over. This system uses WIN XP pro 64. Now, Active Synch (version 3.7.1) will synch with my Axim, but I can't explore it to add things like photos or video clips to it and Windows isn't registering my Axim as a seperate device like it was under the 32 bit version. Any ideas?

Maybe upgrading the Active Synch to 3.8, 4.0 or 4.1?
