an upgrade to solve an issue?

an upgrade to solve an issue? i am on the support chat for the x50, and "There is an upgrade coming up to resolve the issue with the Axim X50 ." is what i got. not sure what this means, but i was in the chat for screen alignment issues again... anyway "saja" didnot mention whether the update would be for wm5 or 2003se.
