If I dont use it for an hour o so It will not turn on and I have to hard reset anyone knows why....

This is a well-known problem with WM5 for the x50's. You can fix it by doing tweaks listed in SolSie's "WM5 is here to stay!" tweaks thread. It is an excellent source for fixing up the x50's to work better for WM5.
