rolling back to wm2003SE problem

I got this message while I was trying to go back to WM2003SE.
"The ROM image file cannot be found. Please download the utility again."
what's going on? I am pretty sure I got the right image. I have an x50v.

I think I remember reading something about this problem. Make sure and download the utility to your desktop, unzip, and then run. It sounds like it was possibly trying to be run without being extracted or something similar. Download it to your desktop, extract, then run and you should be good. And make sure you have the VGA version just to be safe (if you don't it will give you errors as well). Good luck.
