Error when Synching MS Money 2005 w/desktop

Good afternoon - guess what, I'm a newbie to the world of DELL AXIM X50v's (having previoulsy been an IPAQ man) so apologise for asking what somebody may already have answered, although I can find no trace searching through the forum.

I receive an error on the desktop:
"Items of one or more information types cannot be synchronised. Disconnect and reconnect your device. To view all error messages and dialog boxes that require your input, you must first connect to the computer via infrared or serial/USB cable"
when trying to get the MS Money 2005 financial data from the desktop onto the AXIM X50v. On the desktop Money is working fine with no problems and on the AXIM MS Money 2005 is installed and the ActiveSync is working fine for everything else.

ActiveSync Version: v3.7.1
Operating Systems: Desktop = Win 98se, AXIM = Windows Mobile 2003

I would be grateful if anybody else has come across this problem and how it was resolved. Or alternatively a recommendation from somebody that is running MS Money on the desktop but uses another application on the AXIM with successful synching of the financial data.

All responses grateful. Many thanks.
