There are CF GSM/GPRS cards, but they won't give you the voice functionality you are looking for.

So I take it there is no such thing that uses CDMA networks?

Yes there is. Sprint has a CF CDMA card (do a search on their website).

Another CDMA solution is to use a CF - PCMCIA adaptor and pick up a Sierra Wireless 555 (or newer) Aircard. I've been doing the second method for a couple years now with my X5 Advanced, swapping the card between it and my TabletPC.

I know it works with the X5, I would imagine it would work with the X50. I don't know if Sierra supports WM5 yet so it may not work with the X51's.

The Aircard route will allow you to make and receive calls, but you need to buy a headset that plugs into the Aircard and your Axim has to be on to receive calls.
