Don't roll back, WM5 is smmoth and stable now, thanks all of your effort

I have just upgraded my x50v:approve: :approve: :approve:
very stable and smooth now

I follow those instruction and apply all bugfix discovered

I think the bug we have discovered is just related to the desgin of x50v
its flash write slowly
(As I expected 3 months ago):hide:

but the bugfix posted here do really work:approve:

I suppose those people roll back to 2003se because they don't have time to apply every bugfix:rolling:

I agree. The great improvement came with the filesys patch. WM5 actually feels snappier than 2003SE now on my Axim.

Also, it helps to keep often-used programs open (instead of closing them with MagicButton or a similar app). This way they don't have to be loaded from slow flash memory each time you open them.
