i have removed a program called dreamers almanac from my X50 both on the device and with active sync, but for some reason i can't get it off the remove program list, this is very annoying, any suggestions
also is it safe and if so how would i get rid of things like the calculator and picture viewer that came with the
X50?

Built-in programs like calculator & pic viewer are in ROM and cannot be removed.

Do you have a registry editor program such as Vidaya or such? These editor programs will allow you to go into the registry on your device and delete that "stubborn" program.

all the shortcuts for the programs menu are in BIS\windows\start menu\programs\ any dead program shortcutts can be removed from there.
BIS??? ...is this on the PPC or through desktop XP... and where to I find it?
I'd like to try this one, as no matter what I do, Adobe 2.0 will NOT work on my X51v... I'd like to atleast remove the last annoying traces of it, and all of the other things I've read have not seemed to help...
Many thanks...

BIS is on the PPC and means built in storage, and the windows folder on the PPC is on the root of the BIS
