frequent trips to the hard-reset menu

particularily when its cold outside, less then 48 degrees F, i have to press the power button and the little hole in the back. i then have to choose between losing all my data or cancelling. I can always cancel the hard reset, though just to be safe i do occasional data backups.

Did you try doing a normal, soft-reset? If so, there may be something wrong. Call Dell... Hold on... Take that back, use chat... Ull be waiting for hours if you call.
