I'm trying to figure this out and I've done my research/searching and it really isn't mentioned anywhere.

I'm trying to upgrade to WM5, but when I try to install the aximupdate, I get this error message "The system update file can not be found. Reinstall the system update."

I have a Rom version a04. Running Windows xp media edition

I have done a hard reset. Downloaded AS 3.8 and then upgraded to 4.1. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i tried with same as well and on Dell site I found a file by name R111634.exe, download this file on the desktop and it will be done

i am also having this exact smae error message when trying to upgrade form wm2003se to wm5

the file that is mentioned above is to rollback from wm5 to wm2003se
