can't roll back to 2003 or sync ! help

Hi
I can't sync any more. I tried rolling back by x50v to 2003. When I did a hard reset, it restored wm 5 back to fresh. if I do a sd install of 2003 will it rollback and sync or is my x50v hosed.
help

You can't just hard reset to go back to 2003se. You will need the rollback utility that you can find on this site by searching or you can find it on Dell's website as well. All is not lost, you just need the rollback utility.
